At The Luxury Wood Floor Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In complex situations where a defect or issue cannot be completely resolved through rectification, we may consider partial refunds. To initiate a partial refund request, please send an email to hello@theluxurywoodfloorcompany.co.uk within 7 days of noticing the issue. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund requests if the issue stems from misuse or normal wear and tear.
